Booking and cancellation policy

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking requires at least 2 days notice prior to the requested check in date.
  • All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received within 24 hours of making a booking.
  • Once payment is completed, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email.
  • Availability is limited due to the nature of glamping accommodations, so dates are held only after confirmation.
  • Upon failure to make payment within the 24 hour period after making the booking the booking will be considered cancelled and the dates will be open to book again.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required within 24 hours of making the booking unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
  • Payment is via bank transfer or PayPal.
  • Prices are listed in USD and IDR (or your chosen currency) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Any additional services (certain airport transfer, tours, meals, etc.) are charged separately.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to guests while protecting our small, limited-capacity operation.

✅ Guest Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before check-in:
    → Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 7–14 days before check-in:
    → 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before check-in:
    → No refund

4. Date Changes (Rescheduling)

  • One free date change is allowed if requested at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
  • Date changes requested within 7 days of check-in are treated as a cancellation.
  • Rates may change depending on season or availability.

5. No-Shows & Early Check-Out

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  • Unused nights due to late arrival or early check-out cannot be refunded.

6. Weather & Natural Conditions

  • Lombok is a tropical destination. Rain, mist, insects, wildlife sounds, and natural terrain are part of the experience.
  • Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds, unless access to the property is unsafe or impossible.
  • In the rare event of severe conditions affecting safety, we will offer a reschedule or credit, at our discretion.

7. Host Cancellations

In the unlikely event we must cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, safety issues, etc.):

  • Guests will receive a full refund or
  • The option to reschedule or receive booking credit

8. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, local culture, and surrounding environment.
  • Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
  • Smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior may result in early termination without refund.

9. Children & Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy per tent (4) is strictly enforced for safety and comfort.
  • Children must be supervised at all times due to natural surroundings.

10. Agreement

By making a booking with Lombok Glamping, guests acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
