Is this real comfort or just fancy camping?
This is real comfort in nature. You’ll sleep on a proper bed with hotel-quality linens, have a private bathroom with hot shower, electricity, lighting, and fans (some tents include AC).
You get the sights and sounds of Lombok’s nature — without sacrificing comfort.
When is the best time to book a glamping stay in Lombok?
Lombok is a year-round destination.

Yes. Most glamping sites are 45–90 minutes from Lombok International Airport via paved roads.

Absolutely. Lombok is known for its friendly locals, low crime, and relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts regularly welcome international travelers and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay.

Why should I book now instead of waiting?
Glamping stays are limited by design — few tents, high demand, and long booking windows. Dates fill quickly, especially during dry season.
If your dates are available now, secure them before someone else does.
What's included in a glamping stay?
This depends on the location. Isolated locations include full board with meals with additional purchases available to guests, while other locations provide accommodation and breakfast only.
Additional activities like snorkeling, trekking, or cooking classes are additional costs to help support the local communities.
What additional extras are available?
Snacks and refreshments are provided within each tent and refreshed daily for your convenience.
Additional beverages and food items can be ordered and delivered but best done in advance.

What is the cencellaion policy?
More than 14 days before check-in:
→ Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee7–14 days before check-in:

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Unused nights due to late arrival or early check-out cannot be refunded.
What are the payment methods
We accept bank transfer or via PayPal for international guests.
When is payment required?
Payment is required within 24 hours of making the booking. If payment is not received then the booking is considered cancelled. Payments are listed in USD and IDR rupiah.
What is the max number of guests per tent?
Currently in the early stages are max number per booking is 4 person per tent. This will improve as we grow and have more tents available.
How Soon can i book?
We require a minimum of 2 days notice prior to your booking dates to preprare each location for your arrival.
Guest Responsibility
Our tents are non smoking zones.
Guests are expected to respect the property, local culture, and surrounding environment.
Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
Smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior may result in early termination without refund.
